Worship Talks: Music Discovery

Hey everyone, this is not one of our typical Worship Talks, but I thought it could make for a good discussion. I have been using Pandora A LOT lately. I always have been a fan, but over the past few months it’s become a dear friend of mine. This got me thinking this morning, what are some of the ways you discover new music? I have discovered tons of new music since attending Cornerstone, the most impactful probably being Kristian Stanfill. I don’t think I had ever heard the name before I walked through the doors at Cornerstone, and the first time I heard “Lord of All” I was blown away. So do you find out about new artists through songs sung at your church? Do you use Pandora, Rdio, Last.fm, or another program? What’s the best way you have found to discover new artists, and who are some of the best you’ve heard of through those means?
