Album of the Month – Needtobreathe – The Outsiders

As I’ve mentioned before, I’m a huge Switchfoot fan. The only band that I’ve ever heard that I love as much as Switchfoot, is Needtobreathe. I saw them play a show in Tempe about two months ago, and it is hands down my favorite concert I have ever been to. Needtobreathe has such a unique sound, and if you give them a chance, I promise you, you’ll love it. The Outsiders is their newest project that came out just about a year ago in August of 2009. The album is filled with songs of hope, faithfulness, resolve, redemption and love. They play their songs and sing with such honesty, it’s hard not to get pulled in to their music. Please take my word and give these guys a chance, they are amazing! Here is the title track from The Outsiders! Take a listen, and then go check out the rest of their stuff.
